   • Germany, Austria - DB SCHENKER, Raben, Rohlig Suus - Delivery time: 2–5 business days.

   • France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg - Agediss, DHL, Raben, DB SCHENKER - Delivery time: 2–7 business days.

   • Italy, Sweden, Switzerland - Rohlig Suus, Raben, DB SCHENKER - Delivery time: 5–10 business days.

2. Courier with delivery to your home – Transport is carried out by courier companies specializing in furniture delivery. The service includes bringing the furniture into your home, regardless of the floor.

   • Poland - Ambro Express - Delivery time: 2–3 business days.

   • Czech Republic, Slovakia - Ambro Express- Delivery time: 3–5 business days.

   • Germany, Austria - Hermes, Ambro Express - Delivery time: 3–6 business days.

   • France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg - Agediss, DHL - Delivery time: 7–14 business days.

3. Personal pickup – By prior arrangement, we offer the option to collect your order in person at our headquarters in Biłgoraj, ul. Krzeszowska 47. All shipments are properly prepared for further transport.

It is possible to schedule delivery for a specific day (Monday to Friday on business days). Please include this in the order notes or contact us by email.

Once the shipment has been collected by the courier, you will receive a notification with access to a panel where you can find the courier’s phone number and track the delivery status. You will also find information about the delivery date and estimated time, and you will be able to modify it if needed.
